If you wish to dive but just haven’t got the courage for it, here’s a good news for you. You could experience the diving sensasion, view the corals & nemos swimming around except you will not able to touch it.

Thanks to Beriscope, a fishing rod alike aquatic gadget invention by Jaewon Choi. But instead of catching fish, you could view the aquatic creatures from the boat or seaside without ever having to enter the water.

What you need is to cast a camera (imagine it as a bait at the end of your fishing line) and then use the Beriscope like a periscope. Althought it’s still in concept phase, but it definitely a good way to check out what’s in the water from lake, sea or river.

Once finished, you may just pull the camera back to the handle. Presently, Beriscope doesn’t come with video recording capabilities, which I believe will be an added value to it
